FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the price?
Your rental rate will include, unlimited mileage, Collision Damage and Theft Waivers, Third Party Liability insurance and VAT. A damage/loss excess will apply; this amount will be confirmed as part of your rental quotation. Please note certain prestige vehicles may carry a higher excess and may also have a mileage restriction.
How can I pay for my rental?
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express or Diners. The expected cost of rental will be charged at the point of rental. A separate PreAutorisation transaction will be carried out in respect of the damage / loss excess amount - this does not leave your account, we merely obtain authorisation from your credit card provider that the funds are available.
What happens if the vehicle group booked is not available at pick up?
If the vehicle group booked is unavailable at the point of pick up, we will provide you with an upgrade at no additional cost.
Can I amend my booking?
We will do our best to assist with any requests to amend a booking. Please provide as much notice as possible to enable any such changes to be made and confirmed to you.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be given for rentals ended early, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.
